Job Description: Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for various test operations during the execution of the test project, including sample preprocessing operations and maintenance of related instruments and equipment, and responsible for contacting the engineers of the instrument company in case of failure.
2. Use established methods to conduct methodology verification, conduct specific experimental operations for testing unknown samples, and record deviations in the experiments and report them to the person in charge of the project in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for completing the writing of test records.
4. Responsible for the review of various operations and data verification during the test process.
5. Responsible for the organization of all test data after the project is completed.
6. Responsible for training new laboratory personnel in sample preprocessing and instrument operation.
job requirements:
1. A full-time undergraduate degree in analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biology or related disciplines, or a college degree or above with relevant experimental experience, 2 years of GLP related to chemical pharmaceutical liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) Experience in bioanalytical pre-processing operations, or pre-processing experience in non-clinical DMPK bioanalytical research; proficient in pre-processing methods for plasma, serum, tissue and other samples such as protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, and solid-phase extraction.
2. Have good teamwork, collaboration and communication skills; be able to accurately and efficiently complete test operations, test records and document organization according to SOP/method plans.
